The main dialog's options

Before you start editing your photos in full screen mode, there are a few more options you may set. First of all you may change the number of tiles displayed in the thumbnail view. Entering larger numbers for X and Y displays more, but smaller thumbnails in horizontal or vertical direction, respectively.

You can display a statusbar in thumbnail view showing the path and filename of the highlighted photo.

And you can set the JPEG quality either by dragging the slider or by entering a number in the edit field next to the slider. The JPEG quality setting is used whenever photo edits are saved, with the exception of the lossless JPEG operations (rotate and mirror). You might want to decrease the quality before creating a photo gallery for the web.
